Integration settings
Set up the integration with the system that Recustomer pulls orders from (your cart system or OMS), so that Recustomer can process cancellations.
The following integration setup is required. Click the cart system or OMS label to choose your environment, and the list narrows down to the integrations you need.
- Shopify integration
- ecforce integration
- ecbeing integration
- CROSSMALL integration
- NextEngine integration
- LOGILESS integration
- Data integration settings (required for every configuration)
- Rakuten external link application (if you accept cancellation requests for Rakuten store orders)
When both a cart system and an OMS are connected, Recustomer checks the order status in each system and cancels the order in the OMS first, then in the cart system.
※ The OMSs Recustomer currently supports are CROSSMALL, NextEngine, and LOGILESS; other OMSs cannot be connected. If you connect neither a cart system nor an OMS, Recustomer Cancellation is not available — please contact support about your environment.
