Settings
Complete the common settings first
Creating a store, inviting users, connecting your cart system / OMS and setting refund methods are covered in the common settings. You can skip them if you have already done this for another Recustomer product.
Returns and Exchanges has the following settings. Work through them from the top and you will be done.

| 2-2 | Interview question settings | Set the questions asked when a shopper submits a request (return reason, condition of the item and so on) |
| 2-3 | Return policy settings | Set the return deadline, resolution methods, approval rules and how the refund amount is calculated |
| 2-4 | Return method settings | Set the return address, return methods (pickup, drop-off and so on), who pays the return shipping, and the return deadline |
| 2-5 | Tax and deduction settings | Set how tax is handled in the refund calculation and which items are deducted |
| 2-6 | Notification email settings | Set the emails sent automatically to shoppers and the sender address |
