Integration settings
First, choose your environment
Click cart system or OMS to choose your environment, and the list below narrows down to the integrations you need.
Set up the integration with the system that Recustomer pulls orders from (your cart system or OMS), so that your orders are imported into Recustomer.
When orders are imported
These are the typical times from when an order is created or updated in the integrated system until it appears in Recustomer.

Returns and exchanges can be requested once the shipped status has been imported. When you ship an order during an operation test, wait for the update to be imported before you submit a request.
