Integration settings

Set up the integration with the system that Recustomer pulls orders from, so that Recustomer can track delivery statuses.

You only need to set up the integration for the one system used as the order import source. Even if you use several systems together (for example, Shopify and CROSSMALL), you do not need to connect all of them. The import source is usually the system that manages shipment (tracking number) information.

Once the import source integration is set up, specify the import source in the data integration settings last (required for every configuration).
