Add entry points so shoppers can reach the tracking page, then finally turn on delivery status collection to start operations.

4-1. Adding entry points
Shoppers automatically receive shipping notification emails as the delivery status changes, and can reach the tracking page from the links in those emails. Adding extra entry points is therefore not required.
That said, for shoppers who do not open the emails, some stores place links to the tracking page in locations like the following. Consider them as needed.

※You can find the tracking page URL at Settings > Shopper portal > Domain, in the "配送追跡画面URL" (tracking page URL) field
4-2. Turn on delivery status collection
Once the entry points and notification emails are ready, turn on delivery status collection as the final step. Delivery information import and notification emails start from the moment you turn it on.
Important
Before turning it on, make sure that 2-5. Notification emails is complete. If you turn it on with the email setup unfinished, unintended emails may be sent to shoppers.
Shipments created while collection is off cannot be tracked later
Shipment information created while delivery status collection is off cannot be imported retroactively after you turn it on. If you delay turning it on too long while waiting for the entry points, orders from that period will not be tracked.
Go to Settings > Tracking > Data collection from carriers
Click the "配送ステータスを取得する" (collect delivery statuses) button
