Checkout+ policy
Set the Checkout+ benefits and the conditions for excluding products.
Go to Settings > Checkout+
Configure the following items and click Save

| Exclusion rules › Product tags | Optional | Specify the Shopify product tags attached to products that Checkout+ should not apply to (e.g. new arrivals, sale items, pre-orders, vintage items). Benefits do not apply to excluded products, and the cart and checkout show a notice that the product is not eligible. If the cart contains only excluded products, the Checkout+ card itself is not displayed. ※Eligibility is determined by the product tags at the time of the order. Adding a tag later does not affect existing orders |
| Benefits › Free return shipping | Optional | Makes return shipping free. For returns on orders with Checkout+, the send back method is fixed to "Pickup via Sagawa Express (receiver-pay)" |
| Benefits › Cashback credit | Optional | Automatically issues store credit (a coupon) 30 days after purchase to shoppers who did not return anything. Under How to set the amount, choose "Set by percentage" (cashback rate %) or "Set a fixed amount" (fixed amount ¥) |
※Each time you save the settings, a new Checkout+ product is created in Shopify. The old product simply stops being added to carts. It does not affect order history or other displays
Settings that require a request to Recustomer
The following items are configured on the Recustomer side based on what was agreed in your contract. They are not shown in the admin dashboard. If you would like to change them, please contact your account representative.

| Checkout+ fee | The amount shoppers pay for Checkout+. It is displayed on the cart card as "+¥○○" |
| Coupon expiration | The validity period of coupons issued through cashback credit (e.g. 90 days from issue) |
| Coupon minimum order amount | The minimum order amount required to use the coupon (e.g. orders of ¥5,000 or more). If not set, the coupon can be used with no minimum |
| Coupon issue timing | The number of days until issue and the start date for counting. The default is 30 days from the order date. Stores with a Shipment Tracking contract can also count from the delivery date |
| Coupon usage conditions | Limited to the shopper who placed the order, single use. Whether the coupon can be combined with other discounts is also decided at contract time |
