Common settings
Whichever Recustomer product you use (Returns & Exchanges, Cancellation, Tracking, Try Before You Buy, Checkout+), start with the settings below. Once they are complete, move on to the guide for the product you use.

| 1-3 | Integration settings | Required | Connect the cart system or OMS that orders are imported from |
| 1-4 | Refund method | Required | Register the payment methods (keys) used for refunds. Required only when you use Returns & Exchanges or Cancellation (not needed for Tracking alone) |
| 1-5 | Rakuten external link application | Optional | If you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for Rakuten orders, submit an external link application in Rakuten (RMS) |
