# Return request page settings

Set the look and wording of the return request page your shoppers actually use, so that it matches your store.

### What you can set

| ① Logo | Settings > Shopper portal > Customise > Branding |
| ② Background image | Settings > Shopper portal > Customise > Branding |
| ③ Favicon | Settings > Shopper portal > Customise > Branding |
| ④ Authentication method for the order lookup | Settings > Return and cancellation requests > Authentication method for the order lookup |
| ⑤ Link for "I agree to the return policy" | Settings > Return and cancellation requests > Show the agreement checkbox |
| ⑥ Notes field | Settings > Return and cancellation requests > Notes below the order lookup |
| ⑦ Wording | Settings > Shopper portal > Customise > Language editor |

You can check your settings by opening the request page itself. The URL is shown at Settings > Domain > Return and cancellation request page URL.
