# Send back method

> STEP 2-2

The free return shipping benefit is provided through Sagawa Express pickup (receiver-pay). In the send back method settings, enable receiver-pay for Sagawa Express pickup.

## 1. Enable Sagawa Express pickup (receiver-pay)

1. Go to [Settings > Send back and refund > Send back > Send back method](https://rcmr.io/settings/sendback-refund/sendback/methods?tab=open)
2. Open "Return via pickup (Sagawa Express)"
3. Under Shipping fee payer, check **Cash on delivery (merchant pays)** and click **Save**

※For orders with Checkout+, the send back method for eligible items is fixed to "Pickup via Sagawa Express (receiver-pay)"

※If a return request contains only excluded items, your regular send back method settings apply

## 2. Make mixed requests of eligible and excluded items free to ship back (Optional)

When eligible and excluded items are returned in the same request, the regular send back method settings apply to the excluded items. If you want the excluded items to ship back free (receiver-pay) as well, add a rule to the dynamic return shipping methods.

1. Go to [Settings > Return・exchange > Return policy > Send back method](https://rcmr.io/settings/return/policy/sendback-methods)
2. Click "Create dynamic return shipping method"
3. Configure the conditions as follows

    - Status: set to "Published"
    - Condition: "Request includes a Checkout+ free-return item" "Equals" "True"
    - Who pays for return shipping: select "Merchant (cash on delivery)"
    - Return shipping method: check "Return via pickup (Sagawa Express)"

4. Drag and drop the new rule to the top of the list so its priority is 1

※If a pickup includes even one eligible item, Recustomer covers the return shipping cost for the excluded items in the same pickup as well
